INFONOR FLOORING® produces high quality floors, which fulfil the most demanding standards of the international markets, giving our clients a guarantee, over the superficial finish, for over 25 years under the normal transit conditions of normal residences.

The guarantee covers all the possible manufacturing defects caused by sawmill, faulty selection or finish.

The guarantee would not apply on the following cases::
- Damages produces by transport, storage, humidity or faulty installation, as well as other causes not mentioned.

-When the floor results with scratching or other damages caused by negligence, water, abuses, accidents, extreme environmental conditions, insufficient protection, plagues, fire, habits of the construction where it was built, or other fortuitous cases or major forces not attributed to INFONOR FLOORING®.

- When the floor turns out damaged as a consequence of a faulty maintenance with regards to the Installation and Maintenance Manual, as well as, by the use of cleaning or polishing products not recommended because of their chemical abrasive or corrosive components, acids, alcohols, oils, grease, glues, etc.

- Because of the natural wear produced by the normal use or the passing of time.
